To download answers from the platform you can follow these simple steps:

1. Log into the platform and navigate to the Autofill tab

2. Click on the three vertical dots next to the form you wish to download

3. In the menu that opens select Export

4. From here you can either add the answers to the original format by clicking the "Request in Original Format" button or download in the EA Global branded excel or PDF by selecting the "Export answers to copy and paste into the original form" option.

4a. If you have requested the original format you will get a notification and can follow the above steps to downlaod it when it is ready.
