How do I interrogate a document?
In EA you can interrogate any document uploaded to the Knowledge Base through Scratchpad!
When you open Scratchpad specify the document you wish to interrogate in quotation marks and ask any question. For example, "Provide an overview of the document titled "CDP Climate Change 2023" and any key insights". Once this request has been processed you will be able to continue the chat based on the insightful reply.
