Merging Workspaces

When working on a project it might be necessary to provide the AI with two knowledge bases to ensure all necessary parts of the form are filled in. To run a form across multiple workspaces you can follow the below steps:
1. Log in to any of the workspaces you wish to include in the completion of the form and navigate to the Autofill tab

2. Upload a form using the Autofill New Form button

3. Select Start on the module titled "Select Knowledge Base"

4. Under the heading "Sources", change the selected option from Use Knowledge Base of Current Workspace to Use the Knowledge Base from multiple workspaces.

5. Give the new workspace that will be created a name, select which workspaces you would like to include in the completion of the form, and whether you would like to include both documents and answers or only one.

6. Click save and continue with the Autofill modules (AI Agent Instructions, and Guidance Documents (Optional)).

Note: When you click Extract Questions and Generate Answers there might be a slightly delay as the the platform is creating a new workspace in which to complete the form.
