When uploading a form to Autofill the first module to be compelted after naming the form is titled "Select Knowledge base". In this module you can select exactly which parts of the knowledge base the AI uses to generate its answers.

In the first section, select between the overarching sources: your knowledge base, the knowledge bases of other workspaces, or publicly availble information on the internet. If you select your knowledge base you can also choose whether to use documents, approved answers, or both. By default, documents and answers are selected within your knowedlge base.

If you select to use the documents within your knowledge base you will have access to two further sections: access type, and document selection and answer selection.

In access type you can choose whether to use the documents tagged as both public and private, only those tagged private, or only those tagged as public. By default, both public and private is selected, but it can be useful to select private only if answering internal forms and questionniares, or public only when answering general questionniares.

Document selection allows you to run your form over specific files within your documents or exclude particular documents. To make this easier you can use the search bar! By default, all documents will be used.

The same is the case in the Answer Selection. Choose specific forms you like the answers from, or exclude those that are not relevant.
