How can I upload my previous answers to the Knowledge Base for EA to learn my style?
What EA to sound like you? Use answers you've already written to guide EA on how to respond.
- Navigate to Answers > Import Approved Answers.
- Drag and drop your files, or click inside the upload box to browse and select them.
- Enter a name for the imported answers.
- Click Upload.
Note: Displaying your imported answers in the Answers library may take some time, depending on the format of the uploaded file.
